The National Compensation Association of State Governments (NCASG) provides a forum for compensation professionals from member states to exchange information, professional expertise, and knowledge related to the compensation of state government employees. Annually we conduct a national survey, benefits survey, and pay practices survey, all of which provide valuable information to our participating member states. Additionally, we hold quarterly virtual meetings to discuss topics of interest, have a national annual conference, and provide a network of professional support.
